• Full TRACE logs from the device
  • Logs must start from RTU initialization phase (after device boot)
  • Logs must continue up to the point where questions arise regarding metrics
  • Ensure log level is set to TRACE for complete diagnostic information
• Configuration archive (tar.xz format)
  • Complete device configuration package
  • Required for understanding system setup and validating metric relationships

Without these artifacts, analysis may be incomplete or inconclusive.
